  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • COD orders are subject to availability based on your delivery location.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Showy Cosmetics and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Showy Cosmetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
