Refund & Return Policy

At Showy Cosmetics, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian laws.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Unopened/Unused Products: Within 30 days of delivery, in original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: Within 7 days of delivery. Please share unboxing video/photos as proof.
  • Incorrect Items Received: Within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

3. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us at support@showycosmetics.com.
  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Please initiate a return after delivery.

4. Refund Options

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Original Payment Method: Refund processed within 7-10 business days.
  • COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 7-10 business days. Please provide your bank account details at the time of return request.
  • Store Credit: Instant credit to your Showy Cosmetics account.
  • Product Exchange: Subject to availability.

5. Return Shipping

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Showy Cosmetics will arrange and bear the cost of return pickup.
  • Change of Mind Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@showycosmetics.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos/video.
  2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship or hand over to our pickup agent.

7. Consumer Rights

As a consumer, you are protected under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
