Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹499 across India. Express (2–4 days) and Same-Day delivery options are also available for an additional fee.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log into your account to view your order status. For any tracking issues, contact us at support@showycosmetics.com.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery, and damaged or incorrect items within 7 days. Please note that opened cosmetics and hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method, or via bank transfer for COD orders.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days across India. Express delivery (2–4 days) and Same-Day delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
