Shipping Policy

At Showy Cosmetics, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and sustainably. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. Remote or difficult-to-access areas may experience longer delivery times. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm serviceability.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order directly on our website or through our logistics partner's portal.

Our logistics partners include Delhivery and BlueDart, among others.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on select pin codes across India.
• A COD handling fee of ₹49 applies on orders below ₹499.
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order.
• In case of a return on a COD order, the refund will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 7–10 business days.

6. Delivery Issues

• Lost or Delayed Orders: If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@showycosmetics.com. We will initiate a trace with our logistics partner and provide a full refund or re-shipment if the order is confirmed lost.
• Damaged in Transit: Please report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/video to support@showycosmetics.com.
• Incorrect Items: Report within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a pickup and re-shipment at no cost to you.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products containing aerosols or flammable materials may be restricted to ground shipping only and may not be available for Same-Day or Express delivery. Any such restrictions will be indicated on the product page.

8. Sustainability

We are committed to responsible packaging. All orders are shipped using recyclable and eco-friendly materials, including biodegradable mailers and recycled cardboard boxes.

9. Compliance

Our shipping practices comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian regulations.
